I signed up for an account using the referral of my wife on or around dec 2 or 3 2018. I deposited 90.00 at which time I used a bonus and played for over a weekend had already won and completed all my bonus play and had won over 6000.00 at one point around the 9th I requested a withdrawal at the time I had almost 5000.00 a request of 2000.00 a few days went by and I continued playing still had 3300.00 and received an email while I was playing on the 11th stating that I had no funds and right while I was playing my balance dropped from 3300.00 to 900.00 . I stopped playing and called them they stated that I had placed a bet of 2500.00 on a lucky 7 galore machine! That option isn’t available to bet! Then they said maybe someone hacked my account. They disable it and said 24-48 hours to resolve it has been 2 weeks with me contacting them via email and phone daily, no answers they are looking into it, I explain that it’s on their end but now all the funds that were legitimately won and what was left after they [REMOVED] 2500.00 are not accessible and I read now that I am not the first person with this problem. No one hacked into my account. They removed bed the money to not have to pay it I am thinking!

I've spoken to the casino about this issue.
You claimed a welcome bonus when you deposited. This welcome bonus comes with a 10xdeposit maximum cash out. You deposited $90 so the maximum you would be allowed to withdraw from play with the deposit and bonus fund (and any winnings accrued by them) would be $900.
While there was some confusion in communication with support about wagering requirements ultimately you have cashed out the maximum that was allowed from this play.
