I received my so called payment from my winnings a total 800.02 dollars.
Well headed to my bank to deposit the winnings. I handed the check to my teller she ran it through a machine several times then returned to me saying I'm sorry I can not find this account.
So not giving up she called the banking institutions on the check after a short conversation she hung up. When she returned to me at the counter she said I'm sorry we can not deposit this check because everything on the account is not real. The account and routing number or non-existent sorry
Thank you the bank it was written on in Canada requested my bank keep the check because it was a fake fraudulent check written on their bank with all fake numbers the account the routing number all that matched nothing at the bank but the checks header layout everything else came exactly from their Bank. So now all I have is a picture of a check. I don't understand if they were going to pay with a fake check why they would go through the motions of paying to have the damn thing shipped to me and eve
rything else.

The chances are you're bank are not being totally upfront with you. All operators that are accepting unlicensed US traffic have to put payments through under the guise of other business as US banks cannot process gambling transactions. It would be likely that the account this cheque has been sent from has been closed as it has been identified as being used to send gambling related payments.
