I received a check from them that I was unable to deposit. Whether it be because it was fake or because no bank in my area would accept it. I tried larger institutions as well as my personal bank. They kept telling me to go to a larger institution instead of putting the money back into my account so that I could either gamble with it more or cash it out via bit coin. I sent multiple messages and although they told me it was possible to do so they have yet to comply and actually help me.

The operator informs me that you were offered the option to, and accepted, cancel the cheque on the 6th. Your funds should be returned to your balance within 15 business days, at which point you can request payment via an alternative method.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm when you receive your funds.

I have received my funds back into my account. I played on them a bit and won up a little. Currently in the act of requesting the payout to be made in btc. The request has yet to be reviewed so we shall see if i can successfully take them.
