Ok so I won some money about $300 at one of the sister casinos called casino classic and was told that I was now verified with casino rewards. Then on September 29 I won again and tried to withdraw 502.63 since it was a Friday I did realize that I would have to wait 48 hours or 2 working days for the withdrawal to prosses. So on Wednesday when no money was in my account I tried to chat with customer service only to get the same response that my money had been released to me. When I finally got to talk to a real person they told me that I needed to be verified. At this time they told me I didn't need to send any more documents because I had already done this with casino classic? After waiting and with no email from risk management I sent as much info as I could. When risk management finally emailed me they said that what I sent would not verify my address? They Also told me not to send multiple emails to them? I'm not that proficient with computers and technology so I didn't do this to be an a**hole. So last night I sent them 3 more documents with my name and address on it. I'm still waiting to see if this will satisfy them? I sent them a recent veterinarian bill a screenshot of my banking profile and a screenshot of my bank statement. I didn't know I could get the statement online with My phone from the app. I use a bank that is online only so I can't just go to the bank and get a statement from them. I hope this is satisfactory for them to release my winnings to me? That is where this issue stands at this time. Thank you for looking into this for me and I will let you know if the situation changes in my favor? I have a feeling that this bank statement will not be good enough for them? They seem to be doing everything they can not to send me my withdrawal?

Hi JoeShmoFromIdaho,

What bank do you use? It would be very unusual for a bank not to be able to issue paper statements on an account holder's request. Have you actually contacted your bank and been told that they will not issue paper statements?
