Player's Complaint
i deposited 20 euros and played with 400% bonus and in one game i placed a bet of 2 euros and i won 900 euros and after meeting wagering requirement i requested for the withdrawal of 470 euros to my bank i received a mail stating that some documents require to process customer care will send mail but next day i received a mail my withdrawal declined due to irregular bet play stating i had placed more than 30% bet on my deposit but infact i deposited 20 Euros and placed a bet of 2 Euros which is 10% but the casino1 is not paying my winnings of 470 euros even after meeting their wagering requirement please help me
