Hello guys!

My fault here, I looked for Blu Casino at your site and I couldn't find it. When having problems I checked again and saw that in the mail they say Blu Casino but they are actually named Casino Blu. So I know they are blacklisted.

Well its still worth a try, nothing complicated here, the email i got says it all:

Dear [EDIT],

Thank you for playing at Casino Blu.

This mail is to notify you about the status of your pending withdrawal request, code 54849174 , for the total amount of 1280 EUR.

Please note that according to the Terms and Conditions of the bonus that was credited to your account, there is a max-winning restriction that you should comply with when requesting a withdrawal.

Therefore, we have processed the amount of 220 EUR to the method you have chosen and the rest was voided.

We apologize for any misunderstanding and thank you for respecting the mutual interests of fair gaming at Casino Blu.

I also had 140 euro left IN the casino that also was voided.

Hi bingorimer1 - welcome back! This is your 3rd complaint and the 3rd complaint against a casino that we actively warn players about! I appreciate that you were looking for 'Blu Casino' but type that into the search bar at the top of every page on this site and the below is what you'll see; Putting that aside, while you may be trying to pay attention to who we say not to play with, you're clearly not selecting from the casinos that we say are great. That's pretty disappointing given the time we've put in to help you. The casinos at the top of our list are there for a reason and it's because player's aren't likely to experience issues with them. Looking that the complaint you've submitted, I need a lot more information before I can do anything to help you. 1) What was your balance before accepting the bonus? 2) What is the url of the bonus you accepted? 3) What was your balance at the point you made your withdrawal? 4) How much are you looking to recover? 5) What is your username and email address at Casino Blu? Hi bingorimer1,

Thank you for your email. I assume the bonus you claimed was their sign-up bonus. Having reviewed the terms for this bonus they do clearly include the following;

This bonus is given in good faith by Casino Blu in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your first deposit.

Your first deposit was 200SEK which is approximately €20. As such the casino have paid out 10x this amount plus your deposit. I don't particularly like these terms, but it is clear and the casino have paid the right amount by their terms and conditions.
