Hello. Classy Slots Casino made a mistake and illegally canceled my winnings. They accuse me of irregular play. Allegedly, I exceeded the permissible bet. According to the rules of this casino, "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.
I got to know the terms and thought that I did everything right.
I made a deposit of 120 €.
I was betting 15 €.
I can bet no more than 36 € by casinos terms. That's 30% of 120 €. My bet didn't exceed it.
It also applies to the bonus. I received a bonus of 120 €. I was betting 15 €. This does not exceed 30%.
Check this information and verify yourself.
As you can see, I did not play an "irregular game." I waiting for reasonable action. Please, return my win and bonus to the account. As a bona fide company, casino must apologize to me for the inconvenience.
I received my deposit of 120 €, so the amount owed by the casino is 1272 €.
