Player's Complaint

I signed up to the classy slots website recently and have made deposits totalling €550 with no bonuses.

After a fairly lengthy session mainly playing the slots I finally cashed out at a profit. Total Withdrawal figure being €1000.92

I played a total of 6034 rounds on the slots and in between I played 37 rounds playing Roulette.

On the Roulette during my 37 rounds I staked €5 each spin and picked one single number. It came in twice making me a Roulette profit of €175.

I submitted my Driving licence as per the online supports recommendation to speed up the withdrawal request.

A few days later I received a email to say that my withdrawal request had been denied. For explanation I would need to contact support via the online chat facility.

I was straight on to the live chat to be told that because I played the Roulette and only bet on a single number, I had breached the sites terms and conditions by using a strategy!

I argued that I could walk into any casino and bet on a single number and it would be accepted as I am simply playing a game of chance by picking my favourite numbers.

Since then I have had numerous online chats and got no where. I have emailed the support address as per their request. But not yet received a reply, which i'm not expecting if the rudeness of the online chats is anything to go by.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Classy Slots do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
