I signed up to this site many years ago and made 20euros various times . I wasn't aware in these years that I could not make a 7.50 euro bet surely it's there job in the first place to make sure this doesn't happen and even contact me when I first made a bet . I won 8000 at first and then I attempted to withdraw 5000 from that and I carried on playing with the remaining 3000 as I hoped there wouldn't be a problem with my withdrawal. They have had years to contact me and say this is there rules . When I deposited my last 20euros that I won the money from I was not given any bonuses with it which I may of understood the waging rules . I think this casino is unfair I appreciate you looking into this for me thank you . [EDIT]

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
