Player's Complaint

I made a withdrawal on Thursday I have been told now for 3 days now that it will be approved I got a few emails saying it will be everytime I check my account its awaiting approval I have emailed the VIP managers had no reply in over 2 days I have my baby next week I have played with them almost all year but never withdrew and have likely deposited double what my withdrawal amount is the staff at casino have persistently asked me to deposit more everytime I log on so I have especially this week assuming they would be paying me out my 900 I feel so foolish I really do and I am worried I may not get that money returned they have had my photo driving license and my bank card verification since around July and a copy of my bank statement with address on now I'm so so worried I have 4 kids and one on the way and need my payout especially before xmas

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 25th of December let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
