They say their program does not support paying to my credit card.  But they were fast enough to take my money from there.  Please note I have a note sent by them stating my payment would be paid in 2 business days Transaction #144545860. These other payment methods they suggested cost me to set up, I have no desire to do this as I am cured of online gambling thanks to this garbage.

It is not always possible to refund withdrawals to the same method the payment was made from. This very much depends on local and international laws.

What methods have they suggested you set up?

e-check,Insta debit,instant banking,eco pay or pay safe card,  I am not comfortable to give them access to my bank account

These payment methods don't cost anything to set up as far as I'm aware and PaySafeCard are owned by the same company as Neteller and Skrill.

While I can speak to the operator we cannot force them to pay you by any specific method, the terms that the operator carry will state that they reserve the right to pay you via an alternative method and in all likelihood the quickest solution to your issue is simply to be flexible and choose one of the payment methods they've suggested.

I've been back and forward with the casino on this issue. They forwarded on a Live Chat conversation from the 11th where they informed you that they couldn't accept PaySafeCard. Though my understanding is that they didn't direct you to PaySafeCard.

During the Live Chat conversation the operator suggests you use an eCheck which you say you're going to set-up. All you need to do to process your withdrawal is sign-in to your account, go to the withdrawal tab, select electronic check in the drop down menu and fill out the necessary details. If you could do that and let us know I'll follow-up with the operator.

The player has been reluctant to engage with a bank transfer withdrawal, but as they've become non-responsive we assume that they've overcome their issues and received their withdrawal from Grand Mondial Casino.

They promised to send payment in 2 business days I have their receipt from the 5th of march
 Transaction [EDIT]. Now they are telling me I have to use epAY OR such. I do not wish to open any new accounts.
