I put int for a bitcoin withdrawal request for $400 on January 2, 2017. Since it has been well-over Ignitions 48-hour time-frame, I called them once this morning and got no where. But when I called again this afternoon at 4:47pm the rep but me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back saying to check my account and bitcoin wallet in the about 5 minutes and I would see my withdrawal processed. I said thank you so much...and an hour later when I got home, I checked my bitcoin wallet...nothing and checked my Ignition account and the $400 was still sitting there. I called them again and the rep gave me the run-around. It is not fair or ethical of a casino to tell a player to check in 5 minutes and the withdrawal would be processed and not do this. Please help me as find out why Ignition would say this and now are blowing me off. It is very upsetting to me.
