King Billy - Confiscation

Player's Complaint

Recently I registered at Kingbilly casino and deposited 200 eur 200 bonus. I played very carefully , trying not to violate any casino rules. I succeeded to raise my balance to 1511 euro while fulfilling the wagering requirements of the bonus. I proceeded to withdraw my balance.

Then, after one hour, my account got locked and I was asked to provide 1) selfie of mine winking with one eye my ID card in my hand; 2) the story of all my Skrill account transaction for 3 months showing me funding my account. Both documents were provided by me. Then I got this email from Kingbilly next day:

“With all respect from the King Billy Casino, we had to close your account due to bonus abuse. Such actions indicate a direct violation of Terms and Conditions of the online casino King Billy:

1.14. In case Casino suspects that a Player has committed a bonus abuse, either on his own, or in association with some partners, Casino reserves the right to forfeit the bonus allocated to the Player at its discretion. Bonus abuses will result in the closure of the relevant Player’s account. Casino reserves the right to withhold cash-ins and/or confiscate all winnings of the Player”

I am pretty much sure that I have not violated any casino’s rules, let alone being an abuser. There is no single fair reason to justify the confiscation of my legitimate winnings. Thank you for your help in advance.

I am happy to see that a person who hasn't broken any rules, and who had their funds confiscated for something the casino couldn't proof, had received their confiscated winning after being in contact with The Pogg. It gives me hope. I hope the same thing will happen in my case
