Player's Complaint


My complaint is for Direx N.V. operator.

I signed up in august this year at king Billy casino and played depositing many time on august 15th I had some luck and won. They asked me for documents to verify my account which I sended and then they start to ask me for many strange things. which uploaded all this to the website

-ID card (front and back)

-Ecopayz screenshot

-telecom bill

-selfie with ID on both sides

-selfie with ID note (hello king billy current day),

-3-month transactions history of EcoPayz.

-selfie with a "king billy" note in the street with the background of the house

Then they asked my skype login for account verification.

I sended my skype username and I asked for the call in Spanish.

They didn't call me and I sent some emails to remind them of the call. On October 14th they finally answer me after many days of waiting for their call, they say they call me the next day.

They called me and I wonder if he spoke English, I told him that my English was bad. They asked me some questions (name, date of birth, zip code) and told me that he would call me later because he had no signal.

It sounded like he was in the street and I think it was difficult for him to understand me. I tried to call and if I had no signal. They didn't call me again.

I Sended them an email asking if they will call again or if the verification is already. They answered telling me this: We will not call you, but the payment department is processing your request. The result will arrive tomorrow at the same time.

Today I saw my email and they told me that my account been permanently blocked by the relevant department due to security reasons, and in accordance with the king billy terms and conditions and basing on the Anti-Fraud team investigation, we permanently block my account and confiscate funds for fraudulent activity as there there third parties involved in this case and you are not the person who plays at the casino.

nobody plays for me they are just looking for any excuse not to pay me. As you can see from their absurd list of things they have asked for. I have collaborated with everything they asked for and they block my account.
