Player's Complaint

Hi there, not so long back I had to get Notarized I.D for 50gbp in the casino, which was shocking considering it costs more to do than the win. Anyway I got it done as wanted to continue playing with Ladbrokes and since then its all been verified and approved and I have had a really good win in the Sports section of the site. I've called the casino many times and get put on hold for 15-20mins at a time whilst they find someone who can help, but no one is available to assist me. I have requested a withdrawal, they have received all documents, even Notarized documents and I have not been paid in over a week when its usually paid within 24 hours as stated on their site , 6 HOURS if a Neteller deposit , which it was. Its a considerable win and really would like payment. Not sure what else I can do if they are not contactable.

Before I can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with your username and email address at Ladbrokes. It would also be useful to know exactly how much the win was.

Once I've got that I'll contact the casino and see what I can find out, but I would say in advance that this week is the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference so I won't be expecting a quick response.
