I won 2079 on the 18th and put in a withdrawal request i was contacted a few days later by phone and forwarded on all documents I was asked to I was told it would be verified by the 25th if not before and once it was it would be issued that day by the finance team the 25th came and I received an email saying it had been approved by management however each time I ask on the chat when it will be issued I get told different things including it would be paid that day (the 25th) within 48 hours (on the 25th) and today I've been told finance don't operate the weekends so won't be til Monday the earliest when I ask for a direct answer on time frames I just get told soon
