On 23 of August 2018 I deposited $100 to Omni casino with bonus code "125BACK". Get $125 in bonus. After that I played "Streak Of Luck" slot with $5 bet. Got lucky to hit 60 free spins as a bonus round in SOL. Complete my wagering with balance $1353.9.
On 31 of August 2018 I got $100 payment from Omni to my ECO account. And I found that my casino account has been locked. My e-mails to Omni were ignored. But promotions they are still sending me.
I tried to find any information what has happened. And if I break any Terms it's not hard to answer me pointing to the specific clause of there Terms. After numerous e-mails to Omni casino I didn't get any information of why my 1253.9 was not paid me.
At last I got an explanation. Here's what I got:
"4.No Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins Bonuses: Unless otherwise stated, if you receive/accept a "No Deposit Bonus" or "Free Spins Bonus" please note that the wagering requirements for the respective bonuses is 50X for cash credits and 30X for Free Spins winnings (to be wagered on the game in which the free spin winnings were gained). Also, unless stated otherwise, please be aware that the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn is $/€/£ 100.00. Any and all additional winnings will be removed upon your withdrawal."
Now I understood that someone in casino mixed up to different things: "Free Spins Bonus" - that is a separate bonus promotion with special wagering and withdrawal limits. And Bonus round in "Streak Of Luck" slot that is named "Free Spins". It's a bonus round of a particular slot, you are rewarded for hitting special combination (like 3 Scater symbols). It's not a separate promotion and after that "Free Games" slot bonus round if you go to Cashier section you will not find any increase in your Wagering requirements.
One more time I want to emphasize that "Free Spins Bonus promotion" and bonus round in slot with name "Free Spins" are two absolutely different things.
