Player's Complaint

I won 16.7.2022 a total sum of 16150 eur on Omni Slots. I got my account fully verified and they paid me 5000 eur. After that I asked another withdrawal (this casino process only 5000 eur per day, that's why I didn't ask for the whole amount initially) and it has been "in pending" status for a week now. Their live chat don't have information why my withdrawal is not processed yet. I have total of 11150 eur of my money in this casino and they are clearly stalling to process the remaining withdrawals

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 12th of August let us know and we'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Hi. As I emailed you after I submitted this complaint, soon after the submission Omni Slots paid me another 5000 eur so they have paid me now 10 000 eur of the total sum. I am confident at this moment that they will pay the rest too. After dealing with stalling with numerous other casinos in recent past, I was indeed a bit hasty to make this complaint
