Player's Complaint

Joined and Deposited approx £12,000 in total in Dec 2020. Originally loved the selection of machines and blackjack. Got lucky on my final deposit and after a huge winning streak ended up with a balance of over £34,000. Submitted all of my validation info (photo of passport, Driving licence, proof of address, bank statements etc - all valid and correct) only to wake the next morning to my account having been banned. Received an email saying account banned and would receive a refund of deposits, no explanation given despite asking numerous times and to date, £0.00 refunded so far (1 month later) - [EDIT] - DO NOT USE, IF YOU LOSE = THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY IF YOU WIN = THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY

Hi jambow - welcome to!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. PH Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
