Player's Complaint

I have registered on this PH Casino on 24 of December 2020. I have claimed a welcome bonus for sport betting and made all wager requirements. After that I tried to make payout from my account 498 EUR, but I must been to load my documents for verification. I have loaded all required documents and after that I didn't receive any answer from them. Today 04.01.2021 I emailed to them and ask them about my account verification process. After I got am email from them that my account was banned. I think they stole money in that way. Please help me.
