Player's Complaint
Casino owes me a lot of money. I tried different methods for withdrawal (all that are available) - Visa ans Bitcoin wallet. My withdrawals will be pending for a year soon and I do not know what to do. Casino is not replying to my emails.

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
