Hi, Deposited Real Money 3 Deposits Totalling 500.00 got a bonus of 200.00.

I played Auto Roulette, Auto Blackjack, Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, won 16k pit boss stopped my play on 2 occasions, left it for a while, started playing again won 26267.50 pit boss stopped me playing again money frozen, complained about 5000 a month payments threatened them with legal action which I have begun, closed my account banned me from site stating money was won with bonus not paying me. When I have seen reviews on casino Guru not paying customers brought very much concern, I have explained if they do not pay me will get them banned from the UK and Europe and start Social media campaign this is a lot of money we are talking about seems this [EDIT] has set up 3 casinos and is hiding behind dodgy terms and conditions the money was won with real money and bonus money. Banned within 8 hours after winning big. I will not take this lightly and will do everything in my power to get this out to all gamblers he is ripping off he's runnings 3 casinos remotely and looks like he has no staff with no gambling license number as Caracoa has no such department he has been issued with just a business license.

Please could you help as my research finds money in a players wallet is classed as owners property, I also have evidence of my balance which I can provide my lawyer is also communicating with them but they have no telephone number only an email which covers all of there casinos the same guy responds to emails from each casino, he is ripping people off bigtime by the looks of it.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have already had your legal representative contact the operator there is absolutely no possibility that the operator will now agree to discuss the case with us.

You should also be aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. PH Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
