PH Casino - not paying my winnings 3 months already!


Found for the Player - PH Casino have made some fairly outlandish claims, offered no supporting evidence and used data protection in an obstructive fashion. This group has informed us they will not discuss any complaint issues with this service as we will not accept their claims without supporting evidence.

3 months ago i won at PH casino 6700 euro, since then it's been nightmare, he took more then a month just to approved my documents requesting multiples Identification, after they promise to pay saying have issues with skrill payments ,until now they avoiding my emails and not paying me my winnings!

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that's both negatively listed with this site and who has been historically non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hi keiraboetn,

PH.Casino require you to provide them with a permission letter to allow them to discuss your account with our service. As such I've emailed you a template letter that you need to complete, print out, sign and return a photo of the document to their support team before we can move discussion of your complaint forward. You also need to provide valid government issued ID and a bank statement/utility bill issued within the last 3 months.

When emailing these documents through please CC [email protected]. When we can confirm that the operator had received the requested information we'll revert to them.

Hi keiraboetn,

Unfortunately we've been unformed by PH Casino that they will not discuss this or any other issues with us.

They've effectively used data protection requests - asking for permission letters etc - as an obstructive strategy to waste time and resources and they appear to have had no genuine intention of sharing any evidence to support the claims they have made with this service.

Sorry we could not be of further help!
