Hi!

So the 19th of June, I went to premiercasino.com which is led by N1-casinos and made a of deposit 442 SEK (40 Euros) with trustly. After the deposit, I can't login to the casino. So I asked chat what is going on and they said they are working on it, now its almost been 3 days without any information. I have talked to the chat every day to check status, and they just say the same thing "They are working on it." Now im asking for them to simply transfer my deposit back to my account using Trustly (which i deposited with). But they are refusing that also. They are just saying that I need until I can login again. But they have no idea when that will be, considering its already been 3 days, it will be alot more. I dont think this is okay and I want my 442 SEK back.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 9th of July let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
