Hi there. I played 800 pounds with ramses gold I won 5000 thy asked for my documents which I sent. I even received an email saying my withdrawal is processed but still they haven't put my withdrawal thru its been months now i've spoken too all members even [EDIT] the manager all they say it be processed but no. it hasn't please can you help me get my money back I even have a snap shot of my withdrawal with them I would appreciate it please.
