Player's Complaint
My deposit was declined due to "irregular bettting." I emailed for evidence but no one responded. I tried several times to contact live chat support and was eventually advised I bet over 30% of my deposit.I looked in my game history and the largest bet was €12.50 and my deposit was €50 so I don't think I went against the terms and conditions. I then read the terms and conditions complaints procedure and saw I could make a complaint to live chat so attempted to do so but was spoken to very rudely by the person and then had the chat terminated. I then requested to make a complaint on 3 occasions to the support email address with no reply. As a final effort I emailed the curaco e-gaming address specified in terms and conditions twice, still with no answer. The deposit was requested on January 7th.

Ramses Casino are part of the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.
