Hi Greengg - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Firstly I need to make you aware that Ramses Gold do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law when they accept your play. Unfortunately after repeated efforts to communicate with the operator about this issue we've had no response what-so-ever. At this point I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing. As such I'm afraid there's nothing we can do.
