Player's Complaint

I have had a withdrawal cancelled by this casino citing 'irregular play'. I contacted their email and live support asking for a further explanation of the reasons for this. I was directed to the T&C's stating that "Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play". I have had successful withdrawals from this operator before. I was disconnected by their live support when I questioned this decision. I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter for me

The first point to make is that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any online gambling operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Ramses Gold are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Secondly I need to know whether or not you were playing with a bonus, if so how much your deposit was, what your bonus was and the size of your largest bet?

Hi.Thanks for getting back to me. The original deposit was £30 (which has been returned to my account) with no bonus in play. I really can't remember what my max bet was but it wouldn't have been more than £6.

After doing some digging of my own, I realise the chances getting my winnings are on the far side of remote. I was idiotic to play on this site! They are no longer accepting my emails but my account is still open.

Unfortunately Ramses Gold have offered us no response to this complaint despite our repeated efforts to contact them. At this point we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.
