Firstly thank you for offering this service.
Here is my situation I signed up to a 400% casino bonus by depositing 20 euro and therefore receiving a bonus of 60 so 80 to play with in total.
I managed to complete wagering and was 698.65 up. My withdraw was declined and I received the following email:
In line with our Terms and Conditions regarding irregular play, we have declined your withdrawal request and cancelled your winnings.
These Terms and Conditions are available on our site.
Should you have any questions please reply to this email.
When I asked for further clarification they eventually replied with:
You cannot bet more than 30% of your deposit amount, this is in the terms and conditions, you did bet more than the MAXBET.
It is irregular play.
This is not listed anywhere in the T's & C's as far as I am aware. When I challenged this they bizarrely replied with just a half sentence response: "of course it is"
a few email's later they quoted this term
16.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play. Using Martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies."
Which I asked them to send a URL link to which they have failed to respond. I can't see this stipulation anywhere on the site so i'm not sure if it actually exists or are they fobbing me off. The only them I can see that's similar is :a bet can't bet more than 30% of the deposit BONUS amount (which in this case would be 30% of 60 euro.
If i've missed something or am being stupid just let me know but either way their customer service is terrible and I will never use their site again, I wish I'd known about your site and looked at the review of Ramses Gold before depositing.
Thanks in advance for any guidance
Hi Aidan - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'm sorry to say that the term you've been quoted IS present on the General Terms and Conditions page (hxxps://www.ramsesgold.com/general-terms-conditions/?lang=en).
I have a particular issue with this term as I view it as unfair in nature and having taking feedback from the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority I believe it to be unenforceable under EU law. However, you've chosen to play with a group that are not licensed in the EU and I couldn't offer any comment regarding the legality of the term under Curacao law.
My suggestion to you in future would be to stick to UKGC licensed operators.
Sorry we can't be of more help,
