Resolved - While we understand the player's frustration, Redbet can only currently offer payouts to Australian players via Neteller and Skrill. Nothing we can do can change that.
Read our Redbet Casino Review.
Dear ThePogg DMT
I was informed via Live Support at RedBet Casino that withdrawing winnings from RedBet can only be done via SKRILL!!!!
As I have checked this accredited Casino Entry at most Webmaster sites online - and saw that VISA, Neteller et all are accepting withdrawals from RedBet, I want to know what the reason is? Yet, although I have asked, I will not be given an explanation as to why they restrict Aussies to Skrill ONLY for withdrawing our winnings and I am asking you to intervene, please? [EDIT] was the Agent I chatted to at RedBet. Thank you, respectfully

Hi Antonsurfer_963,
I've spoken with Redbet and from what I've managed to establish, as Redbet don't yet offer AUD as a currency there are some technical difficulties processing withdrawals to methods other than Neteller or Skrill. They are working on implementing more withdrawal methods but these will take some time before they are available.
So to be clear, you can currently use either Neteller or Skrill to withdraw funds.
It's also worth saying that the username you provided didn't turn up an account. Have you actually registered with Redbet yet?
Thanks,
ThePOGG

Dear ThePogg DMT What Username did I provide for RedBet? My username at RedBet is [EDIT] and after re-checking my first message to you I did not provide any. Where did you see it? I have deposited a few times already at RedBet [EDIT]!!!!!! Respectfully Antonsurfer_963
Antonsurfer_963,
Do NOT post offensive comments about operators of casino support. This does not help anyone and is clearly prohibited by our rules.
I presumed that the bottom line of your complaint was your username at Redbet. As you've used our service before you'll know that you need to provide this information whenever you submit a complaint. Clearly this wasn't the case.
As I stated at the start, we can't get casino payment policies changed for you. I hope the information we have provided has been useful.

Hi Antonsurfer_963 - welcome back!
There are things I may be able to do for you here and things that I can say with certainty I won't be able to do. I may be able to get an explanation why you are subject to these restrictions, what I won't be able to do is get the restriction changed. This is clearly an internal company policy and it is one that RedBet are within their rights to enforce. It may not be convenient to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they're within their right to offer or restrict cashier options for any reason they see as relevant.
I'll talk to Redbet when their rep is back in the office next week.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
