Firstly apologies for the delays in getting this issue. Redbet have changed their backend platform and gone through some major staffing changes over the last couple of months which significantly delayed the complaint management process.
I've been informed by Redbet that as you've already used the standard Welcome bonus they can't credit our bonus as well. In form of compensation they've added and additional 100 free spins on Starburst to your account.
If you could confirm that you've received your free spins I'd appreciate it.
