Redbet - refusing withdrawal despite all KYC sent numerous times

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

Signed up to Redbet. Chat told me no KYC was required.

Few days later requested a 270 withdrawal.

Redbet requested KYC.

I sent:

Passport x 2 pics

Selfie x 2 pics

Utility Bill

Skrill

Redbet asked for another POA and skrill screen shot (ID was fine). I sent bank statement and skrill.

Redbet then came back and unverified my ID and asked for ID and selfie on different background. I sent these.

I am now being ignored.

Hello,

Two weeks ago.

They requested a POA sent to my home. I have explained for religious and ethical reasons I am paperless so my bank statement and energy bill are PDF (Both of these have been sent). The only physical POA is in my partners name but he recently changed this to paperless also.

I am unwilling to fake any POAs so am at a loss now as to what to do?
