Hi there,

I deposited through thepogg.com using the affiliate bonus code. The bonus was not added, so I popped onto Live Chat to question this. I was told by the Live Chat operator that: "Support [EDIT]:As I can see, this is a affiliate. This was last updated October 2016. So this is unfortunately a old offer."

I thought I'd send your webmaster a quick email about this to let you know and I was told by the webmaster to submit a complaint as the code should not be invalid. I deposited £125 and the RedBet Live operator instead added the usual welcome bonus for me. My preference of course would be the deposit bonus from thepogg.com.

Firstly apologies for the delays in getting this issue. Redbet have changed their backend platform and gone through some major staffing changes over the last couple of months which significantly delayed the complaint management process.

We have now got this resolved and your bonus should be in your account. Redbet have asked me to convey their apologies and request that you customer support after you've completed the wagering requirements.

If you could confirm that you've received your funds I'd appreciate it.

I did receive a deposit bonus from them, but I am yet to contact them directly via Live Chat.

I'll do that first thing tomorrow.
