It's been more than 10 days since I've been waiting for my payout from rich casino they keep on telling me to check on the following week according to their terms and conditions verification process takes up to 7days I have submitted all my documents on my first withdrawal that was paid out shot as well and given excuse why I didn't receive the full payout why given the platform to play if they not willing to honour withdrawals please help me this is really taking forever

Both Rich Casino and the submitting complainant have confirmed that this issue has been resolved and that they player has been paid.

I made a withdrawal of R10000 at rich casino on the 2nd of October and my withdrawal was reversed due to verification process I asked them if there was anything required on my end I was told just to wait until the verification ends of which it could take up to 10 days I really don't understand why the verification is taking this long and what exactly is being verified I met their wagering and everything as I was waiting for my payment to be approved it was all reversed back to the casino and I try to ask if my payment would be approved this week and I was told it will be reversed again until the verification process is completed what is the delaying on verifying my withdrawal
