Player's Complaint

So i started playing at classylots ( same company casino ) and i ended up winning 600 euros and i could withdraw that and they said that they will be contacting me for documents i see there was no problem at all. The next day i went to Royalspinz and i deposited 20 euros and ended up winning 5200 euros with a 400% bonus and i had to wager 3000 euros ( i ended up with 5200 euros) , didnt break any terms and conditions and didnt even have to use bonus money to win. So when i asked livechat about my withdraw of 5200 euros how will it be done etc. They were completely useless taking 10 minutes to answer simple questions then they said that i could only withdraw 200 euros because i deposited only 20 euros.. I was so confused i won 5200 euros and would LOSE 5000 euros... I didnt see anything about only being able to withdraw 200 euros in the terms and conditions ANYWHERE but livechat told me that it says i can only withdraw 10x the deposit IF I DEPOSIT LESS THAN 200. It felt like they were writing the rules as we spoke it took ages for them to answer and anything they quoted i couldnt find anywhere!!! How is it humane with 400% bonus to wager 3000 euros and only can receive 200???? that is too crazy i felt like they were scamming me because the stuff they told me was just too crazy.... and they didnt tell me anything about the limit on classyslots NOTHING when i withdrew 600 euros ( they are exactly the same casino but the name)

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in this instance. Royal Spinz do in fact carry the following term within their general terms and conditions:

"If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount."

The above being the case the operator are within their rights to limit your winnings to 10x your last deposit if you have not deposited more than €200 overall.
