I've had a withdrawal request pending for almost two weeks now, I sent a bank statement and both sides of my driving license but it still shows as pending. I did receive a call saying they were waiting for documents from me that I had already sent so I sent them again. After checking with livechat they have confirmed that they received them however I have yet to receive my funds or hear from them regarding the documents or withdrawal. When calling their listed phone number I was just told to hold and then hung up on every time.
Hello, since I lodged this complaint they have said they have authorized the transfer to my bank account. I'll keep you updated as to whether I actually receive the funds.
