Player's Complaint


I signed up on this side for the first time and deposited in total 2850 and won 9000$ without claiming any bonus.

I made a withdrawal of 9000$. They asked me to provide my documents. I did. And they said everything is fine and my account is fully verified. I can submit a withdrawal of 5000$ as that is their weekly limit. And wait another week to submit another withdrawal of 4000. And I did.

Now I received an email that my account is closed as I have duplicated accounts with them. Which is a big lie. I never opened any duplicated account with them.

They are not willing to pay the 9000$ of my withdrawal. And don't communicate with me.

Please advise if you can help as they are in your jurisdiction. If not on how I can proceed with legal lawsuit. I can provide proof in form of screenshots

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
