Ok the 16th of april i deposited 35 euros at slothunter.com
After playing a few hours wanted to cashout my winnings with a total of 285 euro.
I went through all the verification steps but received a message that my bankaccount was a business account.
In the netherlands, when you are a small business owner you can have 1 account which can be private and business at the same time. I also explained that to them and it wasnt a problem as long as i sent bank statement.
After this conversation with support i later found out my account was terminated. I later received a email about a refund and that i had to deliver information.
When i ask about my winnings they tell me that this is an administrative decision and the do not want to answer any of my question. I am just dumbfounded that i am being scammed out of my winnings.
today on the 19th of april after several requests for information they suddenly claimed i used a bonus and was not eligible for my winning. I cancelled the bonus so that was a lie. i won some money with the bonus and after checking the eligibility terms i decided to cancel the bonus and my winning were deducted and i was left with the original amount i put in (35 euro)
After cancelling i played again and won 285 euros.
I want to be super clear because i saw online that they scam people by making up lies so they dont have to pay winnings.
For me a resolution would be:
-Receiving the amount i won and tried to cash out (285 euro).
I can ofcourse comply with any information requests they have but they dont communicate with me.
