My account was closed and funds were confiscated due to "bonus abuse". I won a large sum from a bonus and wagered it according to rules. In addition, I have also played with my own money. Thus the decision to close my account and confiscate my funds was [EDIT]. I understand their willingness to remove bonuses from me, ehich would have been totally fine with me. Confiscating my money, which I won purely by a lucky shot was intolerable decision. I am sure that my account would still be active, if I had lost my deposit

The operator claimed that I was a bonus hunter, which is forbidden in their rules. However, I did use my own funds as well in their casino. Thus, I wasn't bonus hunting. I was enjoying their bonus offers and I didn't receive any news from the operator's side about any issues before they out of nowhere closed my account and confiscated all the funds, which I had already wagered

Below you can see the message that the casino sent me right after closing my account

Please, pay attention that bonus abuse is not allowed at our casino.

“The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse the Casino has the right to prohibit the Player to receive any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.”

Therefore, all winnings have been confiscated, and the account was closed.

We have reviewed this matter with the operator and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

On January the 12th you were contacted by the SlotWolf VIP team and offered an exclusive bonus that required entry of a bonus code of the format made up of 3 letters and a number at the end. You did not take this bonus. Later, on subsequent deposits, you started entering the same bonus code, but changing the number at the end to see if you could access other exclusive bonuses. These codes were not published publicly by the operator and had not been offered to you by the operator's support. You were not entitled to claim them.

All deposit associated with these bonuses that you were not entitled to claim would be due for refund. However, the operator paid out €2499 before their team identified what you had been doing. As this payout exceeds the deposits that would be due for refund, you have already received more than you are entitled to.

For future referrence, looking to opportunistically guess VIP promotional codes will cause issues with effectively any operator you play with. We would discourage you from engaging in this practice again.
