Player's Complaint

My withdrawal was discarded and my winnings confiscated. They sayd i used a 3rd party bank account. I did not use a 3rd party bank account. It is a joint bank account with my name on it. I uploaded proof of it, even send a official bank statement of my joint bank account. It serious money and i won it legally.

Ive done everthing in my power to prove it, but they wont help me. I hope you guys can help me with this problem i have.

Hi HighHopes,

I've reviewed this matter with the operator. You were not named on this bank account at the time of your play.

You sent the operator two different bank statements. The first shows the original account holder's name only. The second shows both the original account holder's name and your own name. That being the case, it is clear that you have had the bank convert the account to a joing account AFTER you won in an effort to address the issues you were experiencing. However, as you were not a named account holder at the time of the deposit, the deposit does violate the terms of use that you agreed to and as such all play with said deposit would be considered void.

Hi,

I have send an official bank statement that says im owner of that bank account. I was named account holder at that point. How can i deposit when im not supposed to be account holder? It was a very original bank statement, i even send an official letter from the bank. So i did not join that bank account AFTER i won, i already was account holder. I won that money fair and square. They need to pay me, because i did nothing wrong here. I still need help!

Hi HighHopes,

You made a deposit using your husband's bank details. The bank statements you provided prove that beyond question. Otherwise your name would have been present on the original statement. That you could provide a statement later that shows your own name only demonstrates that you have had yourself added to this account.
