Player's Complaint

I deposited 150€ and didnt play with any bonus. I won 400€, and wagered the deposit amount 3x like they told me. Then i send them my documents and tried to withdraw the money. This was about a week ago. Now they havent sent any email about my withdrawal, and they have closed my account. I asked them on the livechat about all of this and they said that they will pay me only my deposit back. I asked why they said that they dont tell me the reason.
