Player's Complaint
Hello,
I created an account with this site in February and hit a big win and they've refused to verify my account and process my withdrawal for several months now.
In total I have sent them over 30 documents including selfies holding my ID, bank statements for several months before and after my deposit, payslips for several months before and after my deposit.
It is so very clearly excessive and it will never end. No matter what I send they'll ask for something else.
Please help. Thanks.
