Hello there, at the 05.06.2022 I wont around 4k My account was fully verified before ( got cashouts already) since this huge win I had to upload additional documents like my source of income and the origin + bankstatement ( all these documents got verified on the day of the winnings) since then they hold my winnings back and refuse to cashout. they always talk about "need time to investigate the documents" but they are already verified and not cashing out. Please help me to receive my winnings I beg you to deal with these [EDIT].

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
