accepted a bonus , 6,90 euro and i deposit 23,00 so after that 29,90. I play a lot and my money was 350,00. I want to withrawal and i see that i have to play 14% more. I go back and 23,00 is in my account and the 327,00 is gone! I chat 40 minutes and they say i cancel my bonus! WHY should i cancel a bonus if i only have to play 14% and my 327 is gone and they say they can help. I do not accept because i cancel nothing! Please help me.

If you have placed a withdrawal before having concluded the wagering requirement then you have cancelled your bonus. The withdrawal system at this group of operators forces this.

Hi selinaajaxfan,

We've reviewed your play history with SlotWolf and you did indeed place a withdrawal prior to completing the wagering requirement for your bonus.

However even had you completed the wagering requirements you would not have been eligible for a withdrawal. As you detail, you claimed a bonus. Your very first bet after claiming said bonus, and close to every other bet, was in excess of the maximum allowed bet while you have a bonus (€5). As such you had voided the bonus contract and would only have been entitled to withdraw your deposit.
