Player's Complaint

Hello.

I have a serious problem with online casino called spinia.

I have uploaded 25 seiss franks (22 Euros) to the site and played over the last weekend. I have won about 700 euros and played down to about 660 euros. Then I wanted to Transfer exactly 635 euros (700 Franks) to my Credit Card. For this is had to upload my front and Back ID card, proov of living place (phone bill) and also front and back of my credit card. I did all of that and few minutes later I receive an email saying that Im. using 2 accounts on this platform and All my money will be taken because I dont gollow the rules. Even I have never used any other account for playing and never did anything wrong. They tell me this decicion is final... im very upset about this... after Ive lost 150 franks 2 days before and when I finaly won it bsck and some extra they telling me I did something wrong. Even my starting money of 22 Euros which Ive uploaded they took and so for nothing came back at all. I informed the suport and also wrote the manager several times that this is illegal to do so and I will habe to call my lawyer in case I dont get my full money back.
