Player's Complaint

I finished my bonus, after that i sent needed documents and they confirmed my account. Then i requested a withdraw, after that they suddenly locked my account and told me that i abused a bonus or something like that. I tried to ask for more information or some proof of that because i didn't break any rules. They told me that they don't have to show any proof or even the reason why my account got locked. Surely they can't do that?
