Player's Complaint

I have been waiting for Spinurai casino to process my withdrawal for days but sadly enough till this day it is still pending. I have made successfully withdrawals in the past, it took them about 24 hours to process and the shortest processing time was 12 hours which is still slow for a N1 casino while on their website stated it usually took them about an hour which is never happened in my case.

Anyhow, this is not the only issue I had with Spinurai casino, I had to wait over a week for them to fix a deposit bonus issue and later on, I had to wait about 4 hours for my deposited money to appear in my account and again took them another week for another deposit bonus issue. If you ask me, their casino need improvements due too many errors from their end.

Please keep in mind that my account is fully verified and made successful withdrawals in the past. On their website it stated 1 hour processing time (normally) and it has been over 72 hours today and still no payment, have no reply from them. I have contacted live chat several times in the last 48 hours and they said the same thing over and over. It is a good casino, just poor services.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 7th of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
