Spinurai - Withdrawal pending


Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Spinurai Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

I made a withdrawal 4am on the 24th. Two days after that I got an email that spinurai is shutting down on the 31st. I have contacted the customer service many times and they have not given me any answer other than that the payment team is really busy. It is the 30th now and they have removed the customer service chat. I am a verified player and there should be no issue in the withdrawal. It seems like they are going to shut down the casino and not pay my winnings.
