Player's Complaint
Approximately 3 month ago I won more than 3k in Svenbet casino but couldn't make a withdrawal request as casino requested verification.
Here is the list of the documents I sent to casino to prove my identity:
Id
selfie with ID
Address proof
bank statement
bank statement with transaction to Ecopayz (proof of funding)
Ecopayz deposit screenshot
Ecopayz ewallet screenshots
Skrill ewallet screenshot
After all that casino requested video call to be done which was done in few days.
After this call was done, casino informed me that I am not the actual holder of my account :)))))
This is ridiculous and I want to get the money.
