Player's Complaint

Hello, i have now found out that you guys have this liscens from mga:https://www.authorisation.mga.org.mt/verification.aspx?lang=EN&company=d29913c0-19ab-49c3-b96d-d0de9e513a41&details=1

This is the same licence aswww.redbet.com where i told them i was a gambling addict on many times in 2017. Yet i was abel to deposit over 3000 EUROS on this site. I demand that money back.

This is a breach on responsible gaming rules issued by MGA and that you are under lincense with.

And i also reported my gambling addiction to mr.green.com who is also under the same owner.

https://www.williamhillgroup.com/ here you see all companies.

Hello again.

According to the Maltese gaming act chapter 583 William Hill have broken the responsible gaming rules set by MGA and Malta and the Player Protection Regulations.

And it also stand on rgf.org.mt this:

Gamblers can self-exclude themselves from casinos, gambling parlours and bingo halls all licensed with the Malta Gaming Authority. Self-exclusion periods vary from 6 months, 1 year, an indefinite period or an auto-renew option. According to the New Gaming Act, if a gambler wants to self-exclude for an indefinite period, the medical certificate is still requested.

On the link here you can see the gaming act by MGA with you have broken: https://legislation.mt/eli/cap/583/eng/pdf

And William Hill have also broken the subsidiary legislation 583.08 - gaming player protection regulation.

As a leading company you are obligated to set a leading example on how to use the guidelines of MGA an responsible gaming act.

Hi Sonnymiami89 - welcome back.

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

Unfortunately you’ve chosen to play with an operator who historically has refused to cooperate with this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, it is a near certainty that they will refuse to discuss this complaint.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Sonnymiami89,

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, IBAS. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
